Over the course of 9 years I have created all kinds of content from informational videos about autism to promotional materials for other professionals and organizations. While it is impossible to show all of it on just one site, here is a look at some of the best and most important work I have done.
The Cognity Promo Video
I was contracted by The Cognity to promote their platform for potential consumers via a promotional video. My autism videos are made with prepared scripts, recorded with the Canon EOS R10 in front of a green screen for a Chroma Key effect, then edited with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition. Other lines for the video are recorded with a sound booth and a Rode NT1A Studio Mic which is later edited in Adobe Audition. Finally the thumbnail you see here is created from Adobe Photoshop, all of which is posted on the YouTube channel Tostemac.
Short-form Content Previews
Short-form previews like this one are useful to attract new viewers and potential subscribers to the channel as well as help direct them towards the full long-form video where the clip came from. The animation used on the text below the video clip is very popular among many youtubers who like to do short-form videos on YouTube, by adding appropriately place keyframes at the beginning and end of each line as well as applying Ease In to the keyframe's animation you can make text like these pop out and grab viewers' attention.
Best Buddies in Colorado video: Shivam
This video was made for the Best Buddies Champion of the Year Gala event for 2022 to be presented in front of a live audience of 300 guests. It's a short promotional video that was recorded on site at a house and a school to highlight one of Best Buddies' Champions, Shivam, and how Best Buddies helped on on his journey.
Best Buddies Friendship Walk 2023
Here we have a short promotional video for the annual Best Buddies Friendship Walk in the form of a travel video with text to provide information about the event. This was recorded on the Samsung Galaxy S22 and was edited with Adobe Premiere Pro.
Book Cover Designs
I have also worked alongside digital artist stonenexusdarkart.com as a book cover designer for the Science Fiction book series: Andromeda Rhoades. I helped create the back paragraph, made sure all of the text elements were properly aligned as well as create the glow effect for each book title; Liberation, Firestorm and Tranquility. Logo Animations
For these two logos I played around with different effects from Adobe After Effects.
The silver logo to the left was traced out in Adobe Illustrator and was then extruded along with given spotlight and rotating effects in After Effects.
The gold logo on the right was made from a pre made png image and given a simple but effective light screen effect to compliment the metallic appearance.
